Atsuko.com Review. 

 Never heard of them before.  It turns out they have been around since at least 2019 after googling and skimming some info.  

 Horrible customer service.  I ordered 4 large shirts.  I caught that one of the shirts was a size S in my confirmation email 20 minutes after placing the order.  I sent them a whole bunch of emails about it telling them to change it before shipping.  They shipped it then replied to my emails saying it was too late because it already shipped.  Bunch of idiots.  I sent them emails for 2 days about it before it shipped including one almost immediately after placing the order and they blatantly ignored it. 

They did not even apologize.  Smug and arrogant attitudes in their responses if I even got one.  They do not communicate very well.  If you have an issue or question well you are basically fucked and have to figure it out on your own.  I sent them an email and a picture of the wrong size shirt telling them I shipped it for an exchange.  Time will tell if I get a replacement because I honestly no longer find them trustworthy. 

I posted this story in the reviews section on their site and they had the nerve to delete it.   That is a straight scum bag move. Well try and delete this.  DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.  I will never shop with them again.  And its a shame because they have nice designs.  It is a little bit pricey too which I was overlooking because of the designs.  But the terrible customer service is enough to dissuade me from shopping with them again.  The hell with them. 

BTW if the people at atsuko.com see this, You can figure out how to contact me by reading your emails.  All I want is an apology so feel free to reach out.
